STUDENT RESEARCHER LOOKING FOR RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS

STUDENT RESEARCHER LOOKING FOR RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS

Hello BCTRA Member,

The concept of play is dynamic, broad, and often subjective. Play is mentioned throughout Therapeutic Recreation (TR) literature, especially in philosophical ideas about the profession, and in guiding literature about TR practice with children. However, there is limited insight into how TRs directly use or can use play in work with adults.

This study asks: Do Therapeutic Recreation practitioners use play in their work with adults, and if so, how?

Participants must be Therapeutic Recreation Practitioners who work with adults, but with any population.

Participants will fill out a 22 question survey. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will be available until October 31st.
