The
goal of providing education opportunities, is to keep
B.C.T.R.A. members current on therapeutic recreation
issues, developments and administrative techniques.
Workshops, sessions and special events that provide
members with the ability to accumulate CEU's (Continuing
Education Units) can be previewed in this section. All
professional members of B.C.T.R.A. are required to
complete twenty-four (24) CEU's within a two year
period. One hour of education, pertinent to the
profession of T.R. and the ongoing education of the
member = one CEU accrued. IE: If a member completes a
four hour course, they will have accumulated 4 CEU's. A
